Following the guidelines in the LINKS section, you need 3 icons. 36x36, 48x48, 72x72. For a nice effect it would be nice if you&amp;#039;d have a transparent background !&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
All you have to do is place icon.png :&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
36x36 -&amp;gt; res/drawable-ldpi&lt;br /&gt;
48x48 -&amp;gt; res/drawable-mdpi&lt;br /&gt;
72x72 -&amp;gt; res/drawable-hdpi&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
You can have it with a different name by specifying &amp;#039;android:icon=&amp;quot;@drawable/icon&amp;quot;&amp;#039; in &amp;lt;application&amp;gt;  in AndroidManifest.xml without the .png extension !&lt;br /&gt;
