Anyone got spyware/viruses who blocked regedit or the task manager ?! :| Ever wondered how to enable them back so you know what to delete so you can clean yourself ? .. here are the tools needed for this ..

enable registry editing

method 1: Start -> Run -> gpedit.msc -> User Configuration -> Administrative Templates -> System -> Prevent access to registry editing tools -> Right Click Properties -> Disabled

method 2: start -> run -> and type this REG add HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System /v DisableRegistryTools /t REG_DWORD /d 0 /f


Enable your task manager

method 1: Download this Task Manager Fix small tool to enable your task manager :)

method 2: Start -> Run -> gpedit.msc -> User Configuration -> Administrative Templates -> System -> Ctrl+Alt+Delete -> Remove Task Manager -> Right click Properties -> Disable

method 3: In case you have your regedit enabled .. you can import this file into registry: Task Manager Reg Fix


Now enjoy .. you can fix/delete your unwanted start-up stuff :) Hope I helped
