Because I still don't trust romanians with other spammers ..

HOW

Get the extension in extensions/SpamBlacklist and add this to LocalSettings.php

$wgSpamBlacklistFiles = array("http://meta.wikimedia.org/w/index.php?title=Spam_blacklist&action=raw&sb_ver=1");
